To many including myself chocolate is heaven and indulge in it from time to time. This super easy, super light and super fluffy 3 ingredient chocolate souffle is fast to make and vanishes even faster.

Preparation time: 15 min

Cooking temperature: 190 degree Celsius

cooking time: 25-30 min

Calorie per serving (excluding the add on’s): 494.62

Ingredients:

5 – Egg whites
350 g – Nutella
1/2 tsp – Vanilla essence

Add on’s (optional):

1/2 cup – Walnut (chop and roasted)
1/2 cup – Dark chocolate bar (cut up in chunks)

Method:

Set the oven on 190 degree and pre-heat for 10 min.
Crack eggs in a bowl. Separate white and yellow part of egg. Pour egg whites in a blow. Add vanilla essence. Using whisking machine whisk egg white. Whisk until fluffy. Add nutella. Mix with spatula gently.
Put walnut and chocolate chunks and mix. On a baking tray arrange mold. Pour batter in the mold. Leave at least 1 cm space in mold at top.
Put it for baking. Bake it for 25-30 min until the souffle rises above the mold. Serve hot with ice cream. Garnish by sprinkling cocoa powder or powdered sugar.

Note:

While whisking egg the quantity of egg goes 3 times more. Do not over whisk the egg as it will separate the protein. When you think the egg is almost fluffy and done keep stopping while whisking to check if the egg is proper consistency. Do not fill the mold till the top or it will spill while baking. If you are using ceramic mold, only then put little water on baking tray. If you are using silicon mold then its not necessary to put water.

Happy munching! 🥛🍫🎂🥄
