
Like promised in last post honey baked chicken wings that I made for my dad’s birthday.
Preparation time: 10-15 min
Cooking temperature: 200 degree
Cooking time : 30 min
Calorie per wing: 119.78
Ingredients:
For marination:
1/2 kg – Chicken wings
3 tbsp – Mustard oil
1 1/2 tbsp – Ginger Garlic Green chilly paste (GGG paste)
2 – Lemon (cut in slice)
Salt and pepper to state.
For baking:
4-5 tbsp – Honey
1-2 tbsp – Paprika
Salt to taste.
Method:
For marination:
Wash and dry chicken wings. Make slant cuts on the wings. In a bowl, put all ingredients for marination. Mix all ingredients along with chicken well. Cover the bowl. Refrigerate over night.
For baking:
Pre-heat the oven at 200 degree for 10 min. Remove the wings from fridge. In a small bowl, mix honey, paprika and salt. Using brush a layer of honey mixture on wings. Put it in oven for 10 minutes.
Using brush again put another layer of honey mixture. Put it in oven for another 10 min. Continue this process until the wings are cooked and there is a lightly crispy, golden coating on the wings. That is approximately 30 min.
Note:
If you want less spicy you can add less paprika.
