
So the other day I was talking to a friend of mine about mental health in general.
She said that people get depression or anxiety or self hate or other mental health issue because of the surrounding they put themselves in.
While that is true but not entirely. So many people get mental health problem even with a good nourishing surrounding and encouraging people. I feel the reason behind it is that since we were kids we were taught to treat people right. But never taught to treat our self right.

Like we take our time getting to know people well before we trust them and love them. Take your time honey. Get to know yourself.
Get to know what you really are like instead of how you are around other people. Trust yourself. Love yourself. Its not going to happen over night. Take your time. The more you know yourself the more you are in control of your surrounding.
