This amazing delicious and super easy bite sized pizza is healthy and you can make it in 20-30 min. Last week I had guest coming over but I was feeling lazy, we all do sometimes. I thought of this, very few ingredients made in under 20-30 min and impressed the guest. Try it out.

Preparation time: 5-10 min

Cooking time: 7 min + 10-15 min

Temperature: 190 degree

Serves: 4-5 people

Calorie per piece: 65.20 (approx)

Ingredients:

400 g – Paneer (cottage cheese)
3/4 cup – Mozzarella cheese (grated)
3/4 cup – pizza sauce or tomato sauce
1 – Onion (fine chop)
5-6 – Olives
4-5 – Garlic clove (fine chop)
1/2 tbsp – Dried basil
1 tbsp – oil
Salt to sprinkle.

Method:

Cut paneer in small bite sized rectangles with about 5mm thickness. On a non-stick pan put 1 tbsp oil. Dry the pieces of paneer with tissue (if you don’t dry, they wont brown properly). Put the paneer on the pan. Remove when golden brown on both sides.
On a baking tray arrange the paneer. Put about 1/2 tbsp or 1 tsp of sauce on it. Put grated cheese on it. Press down lightly so the cheese sets on the sauce. Put chopped onion, garlic and olives on top. Lastly, sprinkle salt and dried basil on it.
