Caesar Salad

This is one of my favorite salad. I have made my own variation of it multiple times. Even with few ingredients it impresses the company.

Preparing time: 20 min

Serves: 4 people

Calorie per serving: 101.25

Ingredients:

1 – Lettuce (big)
7-8 – Olives
1 tbsp – Caesar dressing
1/2 tbsp – Mayonnaise
1/4 cup – Grated cheese
4-5 – Garlic clove (chop)
1 tsp – Paprika powder
1/2 tsp – Pepper
3/4 cup – Croutons
1 – chicken breast piece (small cube)
OR
100 g – Cottage cheese (paneer – small cube))
Salt to taste.

Method:

First remove the lettuce leaves and wash with cold water. Drain the water. Dry it little. Roughly cut the lettuce. In a bowl put the cut lettuce with ice randomly put in between layers. Cover it and keep it in fridge for at least half hr (this keeps the lettuce crunchy).
In a pan put little oil. When it is heated, add chicken/paneer and chopped garlic. Saute. Add paprika, salt and pepper. Mix and saute until cooked. Let it cool down. Cut olives as desire
Now, In a bowl add olives, lettuce and chicken/paneer. Put caesar dressing, mayonnaise and cheese. Mix by tossing it. Add croutons on top. Serve chilled. Enjoy!
