Ingredients:
6 – Egg (boiled)
1 – Potato (big – boiled)
1 – Onion (big – chopped)
2 – Tomato (medium – chopped)
4-5 – Garlic (sliced)
1/2 tbsp – Ginger Garlic Green chili paste (GGG paste)
1 1/2 tsp – Red chili powder
1 tsp – Coriander powder
1/4 tsp – turmeric powder (haldi)
Salt to taste.
Method:
First boil egg and potato (I put them in pressure cooker and cooked the egg entirely, you can half cook it if you like softer yolk). When done remove the egg and the potato. Peel the potato and cute it in medium cubes.
Put egg under running cold water or in iced water. Then remove one at a time. Remove the shell of egg. Put small cuts on the outer egg and keep aside.
In a pot, pour some oil. Let it heat. Add sliced garlic. When it is golden brown add chopped onion. Saute well. Add GGG paste and saute well.
Add chopped tomato. Saute until the tomato flesh is almost cooked. Add egg. Put all dry masala (red chili powder, haldi, coriander powder and salt) and potato cut in medium cubes.
Mix well (see to it that you mix it lightly so as to not break the egg). Let it cook for 2 min. Add water (I like thin gravy so I added more water, you can add according to your gravy preference). Let it boil. Adjust salt if needed.

Garnish with chopped coriander. Serve hot with rice or bread/roti.
Happy Munching!🌶🥚🥘🍚🥄
