
Anyone who have ever had malai chicken will know its so damn good!
This is my way of making it. Quick, easy and oh so delicious. Originally this dish is for tandoor but taste amazing grilled too if you guys want to try it out. Few simple ingredients and voila. Really easy to make and the flavor is impressive in-case of guest.
Preparation time: 5 min
Cooking time: 10-15 in (in grill)
Marination: 1 hr to over night
Serves: 1 person

Ingredients:
1 – Chicken breast piece
2 tbsp – Fresh cream
2 tbsp – Grated cheese
1 1/2 tsp – Ginger Garlic Green chili paste (GGG paste)
1/4 tsp – Garam masala
A pinch of cardamom powder.
Salt and pepper according to taste.
Method:
Clean and cut the chicken breast in desired shape (I cut the breast from in between then cut it in middle). Add all the ingredients, mix well. Cover and leave it aside (ideally its necessary to let the chicken soak the flavor but if you don’t have time you can directly cook it).
If the grill is non-stick then you do not need to grease it. Put the chicken in it and close. Let it cook properly. Serve hot with lemon and onion on side.
