Baked Lobster tail

This is my first time making lobster in any way. With some trial error the dish came out perfect. Try it out.

Preparation time: 5-10 min

Cooking/baking time: 20-25 min

Temperature: 230 degree Celsius

Serves : 3 people.

Ingredients:

8 – Lobster (without claws – small to medium size)
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp – Garlic herb butter
1 tbsp – Lemon juice
1/2 tbsp – Paprika
4-5 – Garlic clove (chopped)
1/2 tbsp – Chives (fine chop)
1/2 cup – Grated cheese
Salt and pepper to taste.

Method:

Wash and clean the lobster properly. Using knife cut exactly in the middle. separate the tail shell so the flesh is visible.
In a bowl, mix butter (room temperature), lemon juice, paprika, garlic clove, chives, salt and pepper. Mix well. Using a small spoon spread this mixture on the exposed flesh of lobster tail.
Set the oven temperature (230 degree C). Put the lobster on a baking tray. Put it in the oven. Cook for 15 min (or pre heat oven for 5 min and cook for 10 – 12 min). Remove the tray from the oven.
Put grated cheese on top of the flesh part and bake again for 5-10 min (until cheese melt). Serve hot.
